JEUNES SCOLARISÉS is a youth-focused non-governmental organization based in Musanze, Rwanda. For over two decades, we have worked to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, opportunities and support they need to build healthy, innovative and resilient communities.

Who We Are
JEUNES SCOLARISÉS is a youth-focused non-governmental organization based in Musanze, Rwanda. Since 2001, we have worked to empower young people with the knowledge, skills, opportunities and support they need to build healthy, innovative and resilient communities.
Our programs focus on youth entrepreneurship, mental and physical wellbeing, education and skills development, leadership, gender equality, peacebuilding and creative talent development.
Through partnerships with communities, schools, local authorities and development partners, we implement programs that help young people transition from education to employment, from vulnerability to leadership, and from ideas to sustainable solutions.

Our Process
How We Work
Identify
We identify youth needs and community priorities through participatory assessments and partnerships with schools and local authorities.
Design
We co-design programs with youth and communities to ensure they are relevant, inclusive and aligned with national development goals.
Implement
We deliver workshops, clubs, competitions, mentorship programs and events that reach youth directly in schools and communities.
Measure
We track outcomes with clear indicators, quarterly reviews and evidence-based learning to continuously improve our impact.
